Ensuring Quality Services and a Relaxing Environment
At NC HAIR STUDIO, I provide a relaxing environment and quality Hair Salon services. I offer the best experience and personalized service you'll find in the area. Book your experience online and treat yourself, you deserve it! ​
Please keep in mind I only service Relaxed short hair/pixie hair cut guests. (No Bobs, grown out short cuts or long hair guest will be accommodated.)

The following is to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable salon experience at NC HAIR STUDIO. Services are available by appointment only which need to be made online via my website. Walk-Ins will not be accepted. All inquires should be via text (225) 281-7699

APPOINTMENT
​
Please select ALL services you are in need of when booking your appointment online, so the necessary time will be set aside to efficiently cater to your hair care needs. After your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive a text or email confirming your appointment as well as a reminder prior to your appointment.
​
Due to limited seating space and to maintain a peaceful salon experience for all guests, please do not bring extra guests to your appointment. Children (no matter age) are NOT ALLOWED in the salon. I do not service children. Please do not ask for any exceptions to be made.

Please arrive no more that 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Late arrivals after 15 minutes will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be charged a fee of $25.

CANCELLATION
​
I value you and your time and set aside time reserved to service you. Therefore, please give a 24 hour notice of cancellation or appointment change in order to accommodate others who wish to be serviced. Not adhering to this policy will make you subject to a fee of 50% of the services scheduled.
You may send a TEXT if you need to cancel OUTSIDE of the 24 hour window because you will not be able to do so online.
You may cancel your appointment online if you are inside the 24 hour window allowed for cancellations to avoid service fees.
GUEST CARE POLICY
I want you to be happy and satisfied with your service and gladly accept the opportunity to make things right if the need arises. Therefore, should you have any questions or concerns about the services, please let me know.
